AI Builder Governance - how to get all AI Builders extracted/listed

Hi everybody,

is there any option to extract a list of all AI Builders? I already checked for PowerShell CmdLets and Flow actions but wasn't successful.

Background: I want to expand our current governance process also to AI Builder. For this, I need a list of all AI Builders/Models (ideally with owner, etc.). In a second step, I want to disable and delete AI Builders which have not been assessed/approved by the decision bodies.

Many thanks in advance and best regards,

Christian

Hi,

In this document you have the list of tables https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=103317

So you can use the Dataverse API to list the content of the "Ai Model" table.

I hope I understood properly your request.

Hi @CedrickB ,

many thanks for your quick reply. This solved my first step 😉
Do you also know, if and how I could unpublish or delete an AI Model via Flow or PowerShell? This is needed in our governance process, if users are either not allowed or have not conducted the assessment of the Model.

Hi,

We don't have public API so what you want to do is not officially supported.

Though, for Publish you could create a flow and use

In the "Row id" field pass the latest run configuration that you can get from the "AI Configuration table"

For the delete model, you can use

For the "Row ID" just pass the "AI Model" table ID.

Again this is not officially supported so I can't guaranty that you will not encounter issues.
