This is a very frequent issue. They usually resolve it. Also, what worked for me was I re-did everything.
You delete the model, go incognito and redo. I know it's not ideal, but better than hoping they solve it in time.
Just to add that for me it is not an option to delete the model because I have 150 collections in that model. It will take a lot of time to rebuild everything, and this can happened again.
