Does anyone know have any general understanding of how the service credits for AI Builder works? I understand from the documentation that a monthly $500 unit comes with 1,000,000 service credits, but what can we do with a million credits?
Obviously training a more complex model with more complex data, like image processing, is going to use more credits than a simple text reader that just reads and grabs data from a business card. But what exactly are the specifics of how many service credits it takes to train a specific type of model and how many credits does it take to run that model in production? Microsoft doesn't offer any specific numbers or general estimation at all.

Hi @Anonymous ,
The only documentation I could find is this one:
https://download.microsoft.com/download/9/5/6/9568EFD0-403D-4AE4-95F0-7FACA2CCB2E4/Power%20Apps%20Power%20Automate%20and%20Power%20Virtual%20Agents%20Licensing%20Guide%20-%20Dec%202019.pdf
And it only says:
Available service credits are deducted when AI Builder services are used. Different scenarios (for example, forms processing, prediction, etc.) burn down service credits at different rates.
You might need to submit an idea in below forum to ask about this:
