AI builder model training for 2 hours [help]

hi community/staff,

I have created around 16 collections and uploaded around 70-80 PDF's.

The status is stuck on "Training" for 2 hours now, is this normal?

Hi @123213123

Thanks for reaching out . Would you please share the model ID so we can investigate on our end ?
Here’s how to get the Model ID

Expand AI Builder > Models > Select your model > Select Settings

thank you

i have re-created the AI-model and re-added all collections one by one to discover which collection was causing the issue. Finally, I found it and it seems a few invoices are causing this error. This took me a few hour....

I tried quick testing the invoices that was causing this issue and there i was receiving also an error:

Couldn't quick test model. Try again later. (ClientRequestId: afd44fb3-bc6d-4bbf-a96a-a9aa62b1a0dc)

I am glad to read that you were able to resolve your issue
If you could provide us with your Model ID & Environment ID, we would be able to better understand what happened.

You can send it to aihelpen@microsoft.com
Thank you!

I just mailed you the model id, please let me know the outcome so i can take it in to account for future collections
