I've created a simple form processing model exactly as described in the documentation here.
The model is trained and now I'm trying to test it.
The only difference of my model to the documentation is that I don't want to use Teams, but to add a row in a Excel table for each document analysed, so I'm trying to build this flow:
Now, the funny thing is when I start filling each of the fields, suddenly an "Apply to each" embraces the "Add row in a table".
But there's no "each", since I'm uploading a single file at a time... So I have no idea how to get rid of this "Apply to each"
If this makes any sense to you, please help because I'm getting crazy.

Make sure you select the output that finishes in value. In your case you should see: NomeFornecedor value
