Hi, I am new to Power Apps, currently using the trial version.
I am trying to use AI Builder to extract data from PDF. I have already built and published the AI Builder model. I met a problem when creating the Power Automate that I cannot find AI Builder in operation at all.
Here is what it looks like when I use the template:
Following is a screenshot when I tried to search for AI Builder when choosing an operation.
Did anyone meet the same issue before? Please help! Thanks.

Hi @fyang,
Welcome to Power Apps! 🙂
Please go to the AI Builder website here: https://make.powerapps.com/aibuilder/build Do you see the different AI Builder capabilities? Or does it says that you need to enable Dataverse? You might need to enable Dataverse in your environment before being able to use AI Builder.
Let us know!
Hi again 🙂
Also can you check that the environment where you are building the Power Automate flow matches the one you used to train the AI Builder model? You can check that on the top right.
Hi Joe,
To your first question, yes I have enabled Dataverse and I can see different capabilities.
To your second question, yes, I am using the same environment.
I still cannot find the AI Builder. Please help.
Thank you @fyang for the info.

Thank you Joe. The first one works for me
Hi @JoeF-MSFT same here.
I have already built and published the AI Builder model.
If I create a new flow from scratch the AI Builder action is visible, but when I search for it in an existing flow it does not appear.
I need to use it in an existing flow, because I do not want to have to rebuild my flows as new ones, because some of them are quite complex.
Please help. Thanks.
Hi @bleikur - unfortunately cloud flows that were created a while ago that don't display AI Builder actions cannot be updated to display these actions. I'm afraid the only solution is to recreate it in a new cloud flow.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
