Document Automation Solution - Field Limit?

Issue:  the Document Automation solution appears to only pull in 27 AI Builder model fields so I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this or if there's a possible workaround?  I looked at the underlying data table and there are only 27 dynamic "data" fields so I'm guessing the limitation lies there, but there has to be a way to add new columns where that data could be pulled into.  Thoughts?
