Edit Form processing based AI model taking forever to analyze newly added documents

We have a working AI model which we want to train further with more pdf files to improve it's quality but during retraining process it gets stuck forever while analyzing the documents.

We are expecting the model to remember previously uploaded files and fields been used in training the previous version.

Ideally we should have to just select the fields in the newly uploaded file/files. Can someone suggest if we are missing something?

File type used: pdfs

Training data: 12 files

Newly added files: 1

Hi,

Can you send your files to aihelpen@microsoft.com so we can reproduce and troubleshoot your issue.

We can also have a call together to give guidance.

Thanks,

As discussed together, the problem is no longer reproducible.

This was likely related to service load issues we encountered last week, that has been resolved by scaling up our infrastructure.

Thanks,
