Hello @Giovanni171 - you've come to the right place to ask this question. 🙂

This is how your 'Criar Tabela HTML' action should look like:

  • From: <your table name> entries. In my case the table is called 'Line items' so I've picked: Line items entries.
  • Columns: Custom
  • Then give each column a name, and the corresponding value to each header should be <your table name> <your column name> value

JoeFMSFT_0-1649108842119.png

Does it look similar like this in your flow?

Whenever I set the column to 'Custom' it creates this action and gives the same error

Thanks @Giovanni171 - could you share a screenshot of how you build that section of the flow?

The Criar Tabela HTML action should be:

  • Outside an 'aplicar a cada' loop.
  • What's on the From input should be: <your table name> entries

Thank you! Can you try to set the Columns to 'Custom' as shown in the animation below?

I know how to do that, but when i define to custom, the power automate create the 'aplicar a cada' loop.

Hi @Giovanni171, sorry for the trouble. Can you tell me at what moment you get an 'aplicar a cada' loop added to your flow? Is it when you select a particular field in the 'Criar Tabela HTML' action? I'm not able to reproduce.

I dont add any loop 'aplicar a cada in my flow, power automate add this alone, but the problem isnt this anymore, my problem now is after that i want to save the table in exel

Hi @Giovanni171. To add the data into Excel you will need two things:

1. Have in your Excel file a table created: Create a table in Excel (microsoft.com)

JoeFMSFT_0-1649281531710.png

2. Use the Add a tow into a table action from the Excel connector and them map each table column value returned by the AI model, to the corresponding column on the Excel file.

I hope this helps!

But how can i create a new table in a file ?

Hi @Giovanni171. I see two options:

  • Create the table directly in Excel like this: Create a table in Excel (microsoft.com)
  • If you want to create the table dynamically on the flow and then insert the data, you can do the following:

Hello @Giovanni171 - you must be having nightmares with the 'aplicar a cada' now. 😅 Sorry for the struggle.  There should only be one 'aplicar a cada' surrounding the 'Adicionar uma linha em uma tabela' action. To achieve this, you need to:

The 'Criar planilha' action should look something like the 'Create table' action in this screenshot. Define in Column names, the names you want to have in your columns.

JoeFMSFT_0-1649368475388.png

This is how the Excel file looks after running the flow above:

JoeFMSFT_0-1649510519506.png

When adding items to the 'Adicionar uma linha em uma tabela' action make sure you are selectinct for each column: <your table name> <your column name> value  Here is an example:

I hope this helps! 🙂

Hi @Giovanni171! It looks like your Excel file already has a table in it? The error message seems to say that a table cannot be written on top of another table.

What I'd suggest is to start more simple:

1. Create in your Excel file a table as explained here: Criar uma tabela no Excel (microsoft.com)

2. Then in your flow, just use the action 'Adicionar uma linha em uma tabela' and select the Excel file you have already created.

Would this work?
