Form Processing - Table extraction into Word Template

Hi all,

I have trained my form processing AI model to pick up a table which I am trying to use to populate a word template. However, even though the table displays as a nice table output in the Model Preview, when I try to output to a word template it comes through as unreadable text:

If anyone has any suggestions as to how to make the output a readable table which I can output to Word it would be much appreciated.
