Greetings,
I have downloaded a list of schools from a government website. The document is a PDF, and I would like to move the data into Excel. I thought AI Builder form processing would be most suited for this.
However, after I created my collection and it was time to tag my documents, I couldn't tag a document multiple times with the same tag. Each page in the PDF has a list of dozens of schools, and AI Builder only allows me to tag a single school. I tried to drag over the entire region, but it doesn't recognize it as a PDF table.
Should I be trying another method to import PDFs into Excel?
Thanks,
Shane.

Hi Shane, If you would like to retrieve multiple line items from your documents, the way to go is to extract data using tables instead of fields. As long as your data layout is consistent, you should be able to extract multiple items even if said data doesn't look like a classic table. I hope this helps. Do let me know if you were able to get this working. If not, seeing a sample of the data you're trying to extract would definitely help.
