Hello,
We are in the process of buying a few AI Builder units to put a form recogition flow into production.
The staff wants to make sure that not anyone can create an AI Builder model and start using the credits that we buy for our solution.
Is there any other way to prevent that from happening except for moving our stuff to a new PP Environment and assign the credits to this environment? I mean, I would like to ear tag "our" credits to be used only in our AI Builder model. Is that possible?
Best regards, Magnus Göransson

Hi Magnus,
Thanks for raising this. A user needs to have the following permissions enabled to be able to create or use AI Builder models:
You can find more details on roles and security permissions here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/security
Additionnally, you can allocate the AI Builder credits to a specific environment so that they can only be used in that environment. More details on how to do that here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/capacity-add-on#allocate-or-change-capacity-in...
You cannot assign the credits for use only on a specific model, but by limiting the number of users who have system customizer priviledge on a given environment, and allocating AI Builder capacity to that environment, you can achieve a similar result.
