Identity Reader - Ai Builder not working on real DL

Trying to run the simple Identity Document Reader as shown in the example Use the ID reader prebuilt model in Power Automate - AI Builder | Microsoft Docs.

It works on the sample Driver's license downloaded from the internet but if I use it to my driver's license, it throws the error in the "Extract information from Identity Documents" action.

Anyone familiar with this issue or able to run this Flow in the real Driver's License?

Hi @pNabin,

Thank you for trying out AI Builder Identity Reader!

Are you uploading the photo of your diver's license from the Power Automate mobile app? If so, you will need to use the following expression as input for the identity document action in the flow: base64ToBinary(triggerBody()?['file']?['contentBytes'])

The following animation shows you how to build the expression:

I hope this helps! Let us know if this solves the issue.
