Hi @lokesh2705 - thanks for asking. Indeed, the limit is 200 collections as of today. So, you will need to have two separate form processing models.

We do plan to increase that limit by the second half of the year.

Hi @jjpreston291,

Yes, today the maximum number of collections per model is 100.  This limit will increase over time.

Hi @jinivthakkar,

Currently 100. If you build a model that reaches that limit, feel free to reach out by private message and we can see options to increase it. 🙂

@JoeF-MSFT yeah thanks for the update, @CedrickB replied to me on the my other post at the same time when I posted my query here and thanks for letting me know that Microsoft can help us if we reach the limit.

Hi,

I have More than 300 collections to add in the AI-Builder form processing Model. The Ai-builder is showing the limit of 200 collections for model! Is there any chance to increase the limit of the Ai-builder collections?

Hi @JoeF-MSFT,

Is there a way to sort the collections?

Hi @joelhtown80 - thanks for the question!

You're looking to change the order the collections appear on this screen? This is not possible today, but I take note of the suggestion. To learn a bit more, how would collection sorting benefit you the most for?

Hi @JoeF-MSFT, it was a request from a user. I have created multiple AI models due to the limit and performance (when editing and training). It would be easier for the user to find which collection in the AI models the user needed to update.

Hi @JoeF-MSFT  I am trying to extract information from different invoices and it was successful for 12 collections . From 13th collection I am unable to get the correct output . Does that mean I have to create a new ai model altogether for remaining invoices or please suggest what to do ?

If anyone is trying to manage 100+ samples for an AI model of many different document formats, you may just want to consider using text extraction & GPT which doesn’t need any samples to handle different formats:
