I have a document were employees write down the part number and work order number. I am trying to have them scan and email me the document, auto scan the document for part numbers and work order numbers and then populate them onto an excel spreadsheet. The issue arises when I am training the AI, when selecting a field it either is one giant number or just one entry. How do I get multiple entries from one sheet? Do I need to make a table instead of a field?
Hi John, A table is indeed the way to go if you have repeating items you'd like to extract in a document, be it in table form or in other less structured itemized lists. Do let us know if that works out for your use case or if you're facing issues.
