Does anyone knows when the 'Unstructured and free-form documents' in AI Builder will be officially released and how the cost charges would be like?

Thanks for your interest of the unstructured document processing! Today, the feature is under public preview, that means the quality is good enough to perform advanced testing and evaluation. We are working on making the feature generally available around mid-October.

The pricing is similar to structured document processing. You can check the licensing simulator there: AI Builder Calculator | Microsoft Power Apps (form processing).
