Something went wrong - when trying to use AI Builder (Preview) Build

I have  Microsoft PowerApps Plan 1 and have tried to click 'Build' under AI Builder (Preview) and simply get the below error with no further information. Not super helpful - any ideas people?

So far AI builder is still in preview. Is you region either the United States or Europe? More information, please refer to:
