Table columns not being saved when labelling in form processing model

When labelling table columns it seems to work:

However, after labelling the second document some of the applied column labels for the first document have disappeared (in this case the price column on page 1 and page 2):

In the end all columns only get saved for 1 of the training documents which results in not all data being extracted. 

Why is this happening and how to get it to work? 

Please note that I'm using multiple tables - one for each page.
