Text Recognizer fails for some users

Hi all,

We have implemented an app using Textrecognizer control included in AI Builder (we have an AI Builder capacity add on implemented on our environment) but when running the app, some users get an "Hemos tenido un problema. Vuelva a intentarlo" (sorry for the Spanish, but it is the error message we get. translation could be "There has been a problem. Try again"). This error appears after taking a photo to recognize text on it, so the control seems to work but fails when launching the OCR process.

The same app is working fine for some other users, and we are using both Samsung Galaxy A3 and Samsung Galaxy A50 mobiles.

Can you help us with this problem?

Regards,

Antonio
