Timeout on cognitive backend Forms Processing

I am getting "Timeout on cognitive backend" as well. My pdf is 23 kb and 8 pages. Is that too large for the Forms Processing engine to process or are there issues today in the back end?

I am getting the following error message saving the Flow: 

Flow save failed with code 'WorkflowOperationParametersExtraParameter' and message 'The API operation does not contain a definition for parameter 'item/requestv2/pages'.'.

In the pages textbox under advanced settings I entered 1 as the data is all on the first page

Ah ... For models which were published before we introduced the feature, going to your model's detail page, unpublishing it, and publishing it again should fix this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience and do let us know if this fixes it.

Is there a way maybe to just process the first page of a pdf? That's where all my data is.

Sure! We recently added the ability to provide an optional page range parameter to reduce the number of pages processed by Form Processing. More information on how to use it in Power Automate is available in our documentation at: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/form-processing-model-in-flow#page-range . Do let us know if this resolves the issue you're hitting.
