When a mail arrives shared mail save the attachment to SharePoint library with extracted data using ai model.

When a mail arrives in shared mail box , the attachments should be moved to SharePoint library with extracted data by using form processing (ai model).

How to solve this error...?

Hi @Yashini ,

According to your second screenshot with the error displayed, it seems the file content you are passing to the AI Builder action is not valid: we can see that the $content parameter value is pretty short  whereas it should be a long chain of characters. Perhaps your upstream SharePoint action is not returning a valid file? What you could do to verify that is to replace the AI Builder action with an outlook action to send you by email the file you get from the SharePoint and try to open it from the attachment to see if it's the valid file you expect.

Hope that helps!

Hi @Antrod

If the AI builder action is replaced with outlook action how to extract the data from file created in SharePoint library.

Is there any other ways to solve the problem.

Hi @Yashini,

This would be a temporary replacement for testing purpose only, just to check the validity of the input file you are passing to the AI Builder action. As mentioned it seems the file you are passing to the AI Builder action is not valid.

Please let us know if that helps.
