When new items are created send an E-Mail with the list

Hey,

I want to create a flow which sends daily an e-mail with the list of the new created items.

This flow sends all items, is there any solution for a condition?

Thanks!

You would need to add an Odata filter to your Get-items to check that the created date is within the last 24 hours. Otherwise that looks to be about the right flow.  Here's what you need.

1) add a compose action to generate a DateTime timespan that is 24 hours in the past in UTC.  Use this formula.

addDays(utcNow(),-1)

2) add the following to the Odata query line in your Get Items

Created gt datetime'[Output from Compose above]'

That will retrieve all the items created in the last 24 hours.

Another "low tech" solution might be to simply create an alert on the library that fires when a new item/document is created.  Configure the alert to send a daily summary.   No need for a Flow if you leverage this out of the box SharePoint feature.

Hi @Muni1996 ,

Have your problem been solved?

As @Pstork1  said, you could add filter query for the "Get items" action, and the screenshot of the action should as below:

Please let me know if your problem could be solved.
