Re: business card reader reset

@SalamDaher If you are asking about resetting the current scanned business card reader, then you can directly use Reset control which resets the current scanned item. Eg: Reset(BusinessCardReader1).

Re: business card reader reset

Hi @kbilakanti

thanks for your reply, but if you noticed in my question i was clear that i used the Reset(BusinessCardReader1) and what is happening its not clearing the back data.

the cleaned image property still has data after reset and also all the other properties on the business card reader control.

i will keep trying other ways to bypass the reset by making my own verification if the data has changed.

Re: business card reader reset

Hello @SalamDaher ,

There is an issue with the Reset capability for the Business Card Reader component.
While the image is reset correctly when the function Reset(YourBusinessCardReader) is called, the output properties of the Business Card Reader are not reset. Note this issue does not impact the other AI Builder components.

I will let you know when the issue is resolved.

Thanks,

Alana
