Add-PowerAppsAccount fails because FormatException

When invoke Add-PowerAppsAccount cmdlet in PowerShell, it causes an error if IdToken contains '.' charactors.

+ $claims = Get-JwtTokenClaims -JwtToken $authResult.IdToken
+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
+ CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: ( [Get-JwtTokenClaims], MethodInvocationException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : FormatException,Get-JwtTokenClaims

However, I can not do it because there is no written way to convert '.'.
