I am trying to create a connection between Dynamics 365FO and CE. I was able to get into PowerApps portal and create the connection between the two. I'm now going into the Admin center and trying to create a new connection set in the data integration tab. The connection I setup in web.powerapps.com form do not appear in the Admin center. Did I miss a step in the setup here?
I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned.
Please take a try to clear cache of your browser, and then try it again, check if the issue is solved.
