How do I tell if HTTP custom actions are in use in my tenant?

Hi All,

With the licensing changes to PowerApps coming up in Feb. 2019, is there any easy way to determine if  HTTP custom actions integrated into Flow outside SharePoint and OneDrive might be in use in my tenant environment? We were able to locate custom connectors, and we don't have data gateways, but for this last item that is requiring Plan 1 licensing, how can we tell if it is in use by someone?

Thanks!

Re: How do I tell if HTTP custom actions are in use in my tenant?

Hi @DS2,

Have you checked the following blog?

Announcing new Admin and Maker Connectors for PowerApps and Flow

Custom connectors and the connector list should be available to get through the connectors announced for Administration.

But as far as I know, there is no proper way to determine if the HTTP action is customized for outsource usage.

A possible way is to list all the Apps/Flows which contains the HTTP action, then determine it separately.

Re: How do I tell if HTTP custom actions are in use in my tenant?

Thanks, we've got the connectors sorted with the Admin and Makers Connectors.

Question: How would you list all the Apps/Flows which contain the HTTP action and then determine it separately? Could you please let me know the steps?

Much thanks!

Hi @DS2

I mean to check that within each of the connection through the portal:

There should be API available to get this information, based on what I know, there is no direct way to take use of the Powershell to get a list of Apps/Flow which uses the selected connection.

Re: How do I tell if HTTP custom actions are in use in my tenant?

Thanks! My pardons, but I'm not seeing the link between me looking at data connections and their Apps and Flows and being able to find out if a HTTP Custom Action is in use.

I'll take it to mean it is not possible. I appreciate your help.
