We aren' t able to access to this environment. This is notification when we try to access:"our organization has been disabled "
Also, I'm not able to create a ticket using Microsoft Help portal.

1. I tried logging with your credentials but those are invalid.
Suggestion: Never post such information on a public forum like this for safety concerns.
2. Are you the office 365 administrator/ D365 administrator, if yes, please check if the subscription service to D365 plan is active. This seems as a license issue and I believe that your license/plan has lapsed.
