PowerApp Expense Report

For the below powerapp, how can I make this app work with multiple users. For example, when I login and create an expense and submit for approval, any other user that logs in and views the powerapp can see the data that I entered as my own expense.

I would like to make this work to where users can login to the power app and only see THEIR expense data and not others.

Re: PowerApp Expense Report

Hi @jjimenez1389,

It seems that the data source to store the data inside the app is SharePoint list. You can make the users to only see the items that were created by themself by setting the List permission setting under List settings > Advanced settings:

Re: PowerApp Expense Report

I made the suggested changes and still both of my users can see the expenses I've submitted and I can also see the expenses they have submitted.

Any other suggestions on this?

Thanks for your help!
