I have created some bots on Teams to be used internally.
Previously I have shared the bot with the link generated and it worked well, until today I found when clicking into the link, there's an alert saying "this app couldn't be found or the orgnization doesn't allow it to be used" (maybe not extacly what it is in English as my app is in my own language". In the meanwhile, the bot is still functioning if someone has installed it before.
I checked with my organization IT and they said nothing's got turned off at administrator level.
I have colleague who had the same issue with me. We both had trial license on web - but expired. However we built our end product on Teams not on the web. Would this be the reason?
But is Power virtual agent on Teams free as long as we have Microsoft 365 licence?
Anyone who had the similar issue or anyone who knows what's going on in such cases?
Solved! Go to Solution.
This issue has been resolved by the Microsoft Teams team as of 2:20 pm PST. Please let us know if this is still occurring for you. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thanks!
same issue.
Same issue observed today. something changed at a Microsoft level?
I dug a little deeper and found these errors .. We are receiving 400 error.
you can try opening teams on chrome and do F12 and check network tab and see if you are also receiving same error 400 for an API.
This looks like api is getting bad request. meaning something changed at an API level. Please check this and get back to us ASAP!
yes same issue am facing.
Thanks all for reponding! Wondering what's happening at Microsoft side and whether they are fixing this....
yes
same here
It was working last Monday
Tuesday someone wants to access it for our Internal use and the error shows
"The app may not exist, or your organization may have disallowed you from using it"
The channel Security settings are set to my organization already
Tried Teams via browser and client but same error
Raise a support request and got a response.
They are aware of the issue already "We see that the same behavior is reported by other users also. We have collaborated with our Product Team and notified with the same and they are investigating on this issue currently."
If I received an update that they resolved my chatbot ID, I will also post it here so you can try yours.
