Hi Everyone,
I noticed that Bot Analytics Data only capture last 7 days and 30 days. Possible to make it longer? Example one year.
The reason is it will help us to identify which workflow to be deleted if no user use it for a year in order to manage up to date workflow for end user. Thanks your advise.
Hi @Leeyong88 ,
You can use this documentation: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/view-export-and-manage-retention-time-of-your-bo...
If you want to extract the data from the Conversation Transcript entity, you can use Power Automate connected to Common Data Service, or extract to Excel using the Power Apps website.
And Is that possible to reset this analytics? I wish to capture the exact data once it goes to production.
1- This panel cannot change the period. If you want to see more data and period, you need to implement using Common Data Service and Power BI, to read the Conversation Transcript entity (that contains the data conversation)
2- Yes, you can open the Power Apps (make.powerapps.com) >> Data >> Entities >> Change the view to see All items >> Open ConversationTranscript entity >> Data >> Delete all items
@renatoromao, appreciate for your guide!! I able to navigate to those step that you mentioned above.
The bot's conversation transcripts is the log of a user conversation with a bot. (Correct me if I am wrong).
I get the format as following:-
1. From here I wish to understand what means by Name and Content? I saw that is a sequence of the number & alphabet, what does it referring to?
2. I wish to keep bot's conversation transcripts to longer period. But i can't find anything from here? Any reason?
3. For the data highlighted below, is that possible to get the data more than 30 days?
You're welcome! 🙂
1- Yes, the Content has a JSON format.
Inside the Content column, you can see all structure of the conversation. If you want to see more about the conversation history, you can see this post: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Publish-Channel-Management/Is-it-possible-to-reconnect-the-user-...
2- Do you have permission on your environment?
@Diganta can help you better with this process.
3- Unfortunately, not yet.

@renatoromao, thanks for the explanation in Question 1 and suggest vote for Question 3.
For Question 2, the Environment showed by default to my company name. I think that is correct permission.
