Our company has found a great niche usage for our Power Virtual Agents for Teams bot since it's release.
Unfortunately, we would have to manually export the analytics like sessions, and engagement over time to review adoption, but it appears it is only available for the past 44 days.
Since we want to review the data to improve chatbot adoption, if we miss exporting for some period of time, that usage data is no longer available to review.
Is there are away to export all data for a particular chatbot? or even a Power Automate process that we can employ to export out data on a schedule? Where does the data live?

Hey @virakones,
There is in fact a way to download the entire analytics set! If you follow the instructions here , it should be applicable to the other forms of analytics, in addition to just the conversation transcripts.
In addition to this, at least for conversation transcripts, it is possible to extend the amount of time they are available to be downloaded. I am not sure if this can be applied to the other analytics types as well, but on the chance it can, you can find more information on this process here.
Hope this helps!

Hi @SupportBryn ,
Thank you for the help!
I attempted the instructions in the link but can't seem to get the conversation transcripts - I wanted to clarify that this is a Power Virtual Agent for Teams, so when I attempt to access the tables of this Teams-group-generated environment, it shows the conversation transcripts but does not seem to load any data along with limiting the menu and options available to me (even in the Admin Center).
This is a screenshot of the excel table downloaded from "Edit your data in Excel", the only option for me to view the data.
Any other thoughts?
Apologies for the misread on my part, you are correct that the PVA for Teams implementation is more limited.
However, even with that in mind, the issue you are having is quite odd, as when I tested my own PVA for Teams Bot, I was able to see everything as intended in the .csv file when I downloaded it from the Teams client. If you are not the administrator of that environment, you may want to check if you have the permissions to access that data, and if that is not the problem, you may want to open up a Support Ticket so that you can get a dedicated agent who can look into this further.
