Hi there,

When we are building a solution whatever we want, accessibility is a key part of the process. You need to include people in your app, flow, bot, or anything that you are developing.
Power Virtual Agents is a great tool that we can build intelligent chatbots, but the accessibility is not available for people that have visual impairments. I customized the bot to have an accessible bot.

Also, I found your chatbot for SharePointpages using the SharePoint Framework. Haven't given it a go yet, but it sounds promising.
