It happens to you that the image you choose for the bot's profile looks blurry? I am using a 256x256 image that weighs 35kb, it happens to me with all the images that I use.

Whether it shows as a square or a hexagon depends on where the icon is being shown. The reply below this gives the best sizes to use. The Hexagon shape is used inside the bot. Elsewhere its a square

Hii,
I have a problem with the bot icon. Requirement is that the icon should get filled completely in the hexagon as it is shown in your above message. But when I change bot icon, instead of filling the hexagon it is showing as in below picture

I have tried with different dimensions and size less than 30 kb but there is no change. So I thought to check with the icon which you used here and still there is no change.
Could you please help me with configuring the issue? Where do I need to make changes so that the icon appear perfectly in the hexagon?

yes, but you have to do it externally, not from virtual agents

@IgnacioV, is there any way to customize those icons differently? I mean, upload one image for the "Outline icon", and another one for the "full color icon"?

@Pstork1 after many tests I found the appropriate sizes and formats A transparent "outline" icon "taskbar"(32 x 32 pixels) and a full "color" icon (192 x 192 pixels) message card

I tried so many different measures and shapes and still couldn't find a solution. Can you add your icons as requested by virtual agents without blurring?

I suspect they are using the same dimensions as Power Apps. For Power Apps the recommended size is 245 X 245.
