A Flow with Sharepoint Online Calendar

So with me helping a co-worker, we have a created a flow that will create a email of the events in the coming week, however it only does that for the items that start in the coming week.  It doesn't show recurring items that started in the past but that show up on the calendar.  Is there a way to do this?
