AMA: Monitoring and Stopping Flows

Hi

I have about 30 flows defined and i knw i can open up each individual flow and view / cancel a flow but is there a method to cancel multiple flows that may be running. 

I did find a solution on line with some code but it would be great if there is a gui application that could be used.
