Action Error Message - Error Loading component

This has happened a couple of times today while creating actions in my flow.  I am able to add the action, then when I select to add the dynamic content, I get this red exclamation point and I can't open the action or delete it.

Any ideas?

I still get the red exclamation repeatedly, and then i have to refresh flow and lose all my changes because i can't save with errors (that i can't remove). It's probably occurring every 5 minutes.
