Action Items

Why can't you create a to do list of text action items that is shareable with users in your Office 365 organziation.  Action items can be emailed when approval is needed or an action specified by the text needs to occur. The user completes the instructions and check marks complete, in progress, started, or failure to complete.  Based on the responses an if then statement can determine the next branch to go to.  So a real generic flow chart and approval could be created with integration that is already setup for the other action items.

I'm not sure that I have fully understand your requirement. But did you mean the "todolist" connection( in flow or did you just mean a to do list like in a sharepoint list in O365? 


In todolist(free) connection, I didn't see available feature about "action item". Would you please explain on this?


In O365, you can create this to do list as a SharePoint list and then you flow can be created something like below:
