I have a list in Sharepoint, and a flow that is scheduled and Gets Items (with an ODATA query)
then it pops these items into an HTML table via "create HTML table" action.
One of the columns in the list is an image URL - which points to the O365 UserPhoto and it looks something like this:
I can use this in Power Apps to create a nice HTML table, and I know how to make the link appear as an img in the app, but now I want to use Flow to put the image in a cell in an HTML table, then send it via email.
Anyone done this? Is it possible?
Have you tried to use custom header and value on the createHTMLTable Action and set the value to something like this
concat('<img src=',yourURL,'></>') and set it to the value
I tried the scenario of embedding the URL in the email, the picture is displayed only in the web and the user is already authenticated to the site, in case the mail is configured in outlook client, I don't think so the image will be displayed. The only option is to get the file content as base64 and for that, I think you have to use the HTTP premium action to get the file content using the URL, or maybe you can use a document library full of profile photos and then use that library to send the image in the email.
Hope it helps, please like it or mark it as a solution if it resolves your clarification or issue
