Add a file in a Form

Hello,

I'd like to create a Form in which people from my company can answer a few questions and they'll have to add 2 to 3 pictures (those are mandatory) and they press Send and all of this is sent via email to me.

I used Power Automate for another Form in which no attachment were and it was a good tool so I'd like to use it again.

It's either this or a lame Excel file. And by doing so, I would impress my boss s that would be awesome!

Can you tell me how can I do that please?

Or is there another tool in Microsoft that would allow me to do so?

All help will be much appreciated.

Hi @paulb4 :

You could create a Microsoft Form to achieve your needs.

Step1: Create a Microsoft Form

Step2: Add some questions

Step3: Add a "File update" control

Step4: Set the "File update" control required property to true

Step5: Share the form to your hires

After the user submits the form, you can find the data submitted by the user in the response.
