Hi there,
Totally new new to this!
I have managed to create a flow that adds any emails I recieve to a SharePoint list, however when looking at the email in SharePoint, I can't see the email body or it's attachments if it has any. I've tried to follow along with others with similar scenarios but am still not getting in (I'm not great with technology!).
Can someone please help me?
Thanks,
Mel

Hi @Anonymous,
I want to know what you want to save in the list and what form to save.
Currently, you could save the attachments of the email as attachments to the list item, or export the entire email as an attachment to the item.
I am afraid I don't fully understand your needs.
Could you provide more explanation?
In addition to how to save as an attachment to list item mentioned above, you could refer to this method:
In the attachment of the item, the attachment of the mail and the exported mail of the entire mail can be viewed:

Thanks Barry.
I'm trying to create a SharePoint list so my team can be assigned work. I want emails that arrive to a shared email inbox to be added to my SharePoint list. The agent then opens the SharePoint list item and I want them to be able to open the physical email so they can then reply to the customer.
I've copied everything in your screen shots, but I'm still not seeing anything when I then open the list item on SharePoint.
I'm not sure what I'm missing? And I'm not sure how to add a screen shot into this!
Thanks,
Mel
Hi @Anonymous,
Do you mean that you can't see the attachment of the list item?
You could select the item generated by this Flow, and then click Edit, you could see the attachment added by Flow.
When you click on the .eml file, the file will be downloaded automatically, and then the file will be opened via the local outlook client, so you could reply directly.
The only change that needs to be made in the previous Flow is to replace the Trigger with When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox.
Please take a try.
Best Regards,
Barry

Hi @Anonymous,
Can you provide a full screenshot of your Flow configuration?
Maybe some details you didn't notice.

Barry
Add attachments or add images directly.
I know this sounds crazy, but I don't have that option. When I click Photos I get a weird dialog box asking for a filepath. Anyway, for some reason, I don't know what I've done, but it's now working! My emails are being attached to the sharepoint list item. Thanks so much for your help!
