Add emails with Azure Information Protection and attachments to SharePoint document library

Flow is set up as:

1. When a new email arrives (in a specific folder)

2. Create SP file for attachment

3. Update file properties (to add more metadata to the file)

My issue is that the attachments are sensitive contracts, but this flow only triggers when tested with emails set to 'Public' for Azure sensitivity.

Is there a happy medium of information protection and the flow working?

Hi @MitchC3,

Do you want the flow would only be triggered when the arrived emails be setted to 'Public' for Azure sensitivity?

I haven't see a configuration to set email to 'Public' in trigger "When a new email arrives" of Office 365 outlook connector currently.

If you want the flow would only be triggered when the arrived emails be setted to 'Public' for Azure sensitivity,

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Best regards,

Alice

No my issue is that it only works when Public and not Internal or other sensitivity levels.
