Add file created in Power Automate to array of list attachments included in Approval Notification

Hello everyone,

I have a Power Automate that creates a PDF from a list item by using the Microsoft Word Online connector. I currently use an array variable to get the list item attachments from the list item and then include them in the approval notification. How would I include the file I also created in the array (the file is a PDF that is converted from the Word document I created)? I used the technique here to add multiple list item attachments to the approval notification.

Thanks in advance!

Hello @JMAFO

You will have to store the PDF file in a document library, get the file content and add it to the array. Have a look at this steps:

After getting the PDF file content, you can add it to the array as you have done with the attachments for the list item:

 Hope it helps!

Hi @Kmayes

Should be something like:

body('Get_file_content')?['content']

Hope it helps!
