Add text or watermark to PDF

I would like to add one line of text, or alternatively a watermark, to the first page of a PDF generated in a flow. Is there an action or other way I can do this? I do not want to use a third party service.

There's nothing available in the Convert to PDF step.  But if the source document is HTML you can easily add a watermark to the HTML by using a Background image setting inline  CSS.  If the source is a Word document that also supports creating Watermarks, but I'm not sure those can be changed by Power Automate at runtime.
