Adding Approvers Approval to Document

Hi!

I have been searching around and wanted to put this to the community. I built a basic approval flow. I am asking is there a way to insert the approvers approval in the document. The end goal is to have this:

"(Approver's Name) has approved this document for publication on (inserted date)."

in a table or section at the end of the Word document.

Is this possible? Any direction on this would be great!
