Adding Digital Signatures to Documents

hi there, a quick question.

Is it possible to add digital signature automatically to a document in the share point, when the documents are approved via start and wait for approval.

For example when a new item is created in share point those files will be send in the approval email with approve and reject options. so when the boss approves the files, his signature should be automatically filled in the documents.

Is it possible, can any one help me out with this?

if possible how to proceed?

i just explored sign now, docu sign and  adobe sign. I couldn't find any relevant content.

 below is my flow

Hi @Adithi,

How about using the SigningHub?Annotation 2020-04-17 101903.png

After the approver responded to the approval request, upload these files' content into SigningHub, then sign it. I am sorry I couldn't test it for you because of my account limitation, but I think it could help you something.

Hi @Adithi

As a direct action with the Docu Sign or the Adobe E-Sign connectors, I believe it is not possible to automatically sign a document without opening it based on an approval response.

Hope this Helps!

Thank you for the reply @yashag2255.

May I know if there is any other way that one could insert a signature(which is a image) in those approved documents?
