Adding Dynamic Content to Email

I have an approval flow that prompts the recipient to approve / reject accordingly via MS Teama popup notification. There's also an area in the popup to add comments (optional).

In the email I send to the submitter how can I check if this 'comments' section contains anything? If it's empty i'd rather not display anything at all related to comments in the email.

Currently I am adding something like this to the email

Dear [submitters name],

Your request has been [response approve / reject]

Comments (if any) [responses comments]

Thanks
