Adding a trigger condition on "when an item is created or modified"

Greetings!

I'm quite new in power automate and I wanted to know if can add a trigger condition on a "when an item is created or modified" trigger such that it will only trigger when 1) an item is created in a list or 2) an item is modified by the creator only?

For the action, "When an item is created or modified", click on 3 dots (...) on the top right corner and navigate to Settings.

In the settings, you can Trigger Actions at the end. You can use this for your condition.
