After completing a Flow fill in a field in Excel responses - Forms

Hello everyone,

We have a process where User B answers a Forms, is directed to a shared maibox where User A registers the new customer in our ERP and responds via Approvals an e-mail to User B with the customer code.

However, in this form there are many answers and sometimes User A 'gets lost' and does not know what registration he is doing.

I would like to know how I could fill a field after completing a flow in Excel responses, I created a 'Done - Concluido' column and would like to fill in a 'Yes' for completed entries.

I'm using the 'Updated a Row' excel connector, where I can select the column in my spreadsheet but I don't know how to do it to be filled automatically.

Thank you!

Best regards,

In the flow, add a SharePoint Update item action, select your site and list and it will find your columns. In the Concluido column enter the value you want to add.

hi @Diferro  I recomend to you to use Sharepoint list it's better than excel, and a sharepoint list could give you and ID that you can use to know what is you record.

hi @Diferro  in your office 365 portal you need to create first a sharepoint site then create the sharepoint list.

Ok, but it is possible to get the fields and data existing in the responses to the Form instead of creating all new ones?

@ChristianAbata

Yes,  I did it, but I would still like to know how to make this column 'Concluido' be filled automatically after the answer given via Approvals
