All tasks completed on a bucket

Hi Community,

We have a flow that creates different tasks for departments in the same bucket.

To continue this custom procress we need to identify when a bucket has all tasks completed and do more actions after that.
This will be handle by a second flow, but, Unfortunately , I didn't find a trigger to accomplish this, so I tried to do a workaround , triggering the flow when a task is completed, reading all buckets on the plan to match with that one that has the same ID of the task.  But again, I dont have actions to list all task on the specific bucket, check if them are completed  or an action that checks if this completed task was the last one pending.

Maybe is something there to accomplish this in a simple way, maybe not. but at the moment I can't find a solution.

Could you help me ?

Regards

Re: All tasks completed on a bucket

Hi @PinkFloyd2020,

You can take a reference to create a flow as below:

  1. create a variable to store the tasks that are not completed.
  2. Then get List tasks of the plan within the target bucket.
  3. Create a condition to find the tasks have not completed in the same bucket: If it met these condition, increase the TaskCount. Mark the uncompleted tasks
  4. After the Apply to each action, create a condition to determine the TaskCount is whether 0: If yes, send the notification.
