Allocating Multiple Approvers

I'm looking to build a flow which goes through multiple stages but can't seem to get it to work the way I need it to.

We have a process in which we upload a document to sharepoint, this document is then required to be reviewed by 7 different areas/members of staff. However I need the ability to be able to choose the individual approvers each time (to mitigate issues if they are out of office)

Heres a list of the key componets in order to give you an idea.

1- Item is added with a document attached, this is uploaded to SharePoint list (below)Capture.PNG

2- Email is sent to individuals who need to be aware of the document (no action required, just an FYI)

3- Email is sent to the Team A who handles the sign-off process

4- Team A allocates the 7 individuals to approve the document (In the columns above)

5- Once allocated, an email/approval notification is sent to the assigned approver emails

6A- Once all individuals have approved, item is moved to a second list, a notification is sent to Team A that the approvals have been completed

6B-  Any rejections are sent through to Team A

An added bonus would be the ability to highlight who has approved/rejected these on the same Sharepoint list but looking around that seems difficult.

Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Allocating Multiple Approvers

Hi @NateLaw

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow?

Have you made a test on your side to create the flow to achieve your needs?

What is the issue when you create the flow?

You could make a test on your side ,if you have problem to create the flow you could share more details about your problem and we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.

Best regards,
